Refund policy

We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just email us at amorecoffeedessert@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
